We can reline your Finlock gutters in the traditional method - ‘FIN-AL’ (bitumen, aluminium, bitumen). Or we can reline using the modern ‘Kemperol for Finlock’.
Relining DOES WORK if done properly. Relining is the perfect option if you prefer to keep your Finlock gutters.

Contrary to some opinions we believe proper relining will provide you with a long term maintenance solution to your leaking concrete gutters, as long as it’s done properly and regularly cleaned / maintained.
If using the traditional method we make sure we get into every ‘nook and cranny’ as it were, with the base coat of bitumen. We then use 100 micron (waterproof) aluminium foil to ‘sandwhich’ between the base coat and top coat of bitumen - just like they did when it was done originally. The Modern ‘Kemperol for Finlock’ lining is similar in approach.
We always consider how to best ‘dress’ the new lining up and under any existing roof coverings / sarking.
We take the time to undertake any necessary repairs PRIOR to relining, and this is the difference between effective relining and poor relining.
